Bio
John has over twenty years experience as a remedial massage therapist and teacher of massage. Prior to training as a massage therapist, he worked for many years as a teacher in NSW state high schools. He currently resides at Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, where he has his massage clinic. He teaches his own post-graduate massage workshops and has taught massage at TAFE. For many years he provided massage at a physiotherapy and pilates clinic in Sydney, and worked with the dancers of The Australian Ballet at the Sydney Opera House during their Sydney performance seasons.

Brief description of massage
John offers remedial massage treatments at his clinic in Katoomba, NSW. Remedial massage is the application of different techniques in the treatment of muscular pain and dysfunction that affect human movement. Remedial Massage is concerned with the restoration and maintenance of the soft tissue structures of the body. Depending upon a client's needs a treatment may be purely remedial, or can include relaxation within the context of a firm massage.
